The Author

Most people and organisations don’t struggle because they lack information.

They struggle because their thinking gets crowded, their stories lose clarity, and decisions slow down.

That problem has intensified in the age of AI.

AI has changed how work gets done.

Used well, it becomes a powerful productivity and thinking partner.

Used poorly, it just creates more noise, too many options and speed without judgment.

My work sits in that gap.

I help people and teams get more out of the AI tools by improving how they think, ask questions, and communicate.

The focus is not systems or integration.

It is sharper thinking, clearer narratives, and better decisions.

Storytelling is central to this work.

Not as decoration, but as strategy.

Stories are how people make sense of complexity.

When ideas are framed well, alignment improves, decisions move faster, and people engage with what actually matters.

I work with organisations to learn how to turn complex thinking into clear, usable narratives.

AI adds a new layer.

When treated as a collaborative thinking partner, it helps surface assumptions, test ideas, expose blind spots, and refine judgment. In this way, AI does not replace human insight. It amplifies it.

I am the author of The Curiosity Advantage, a book about why better questions matter more than faster answers in the age of AI.

If you are working on strategy, leadership communication, change, or ideas that need to land with real people, this is the work I do.
