Phil's career began in front of the camera and behind the microphone—as a journalist, producer, and presenter across Australian television and radio. He learned to take complex stories and make them land in seconds, not minutes.
In 1993, he founded Cornerstone Media to bring those same skills to the corporate world. Since then, Cornerstone has produced videos for many of Australia's leading companies—translating strategy into story for boardrooms, town halls, and global audiences.
